Return Policy
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.
To initiate a return, you must
request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
This RA# MUST be clearly posted on the outside of the shipping container. Please do not write on the product box.
Warranty Claims
Requests for RA#s for warranty claims must be submitted within one year of the order date. Some manufacturers require the buyer to contact them directly for warranty claims. When this applies, we will notify you upon receipt of the RA#.
Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please complete our returns form at within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing your claim.
Returning Defective & Non-Defective items.
Requests for RA#s for defective and non-defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product.
To be eligible for return, non-defective parts must be:
- In new, ready-to-sell condition (including all hardware and components)
- In their original packaging with original manufacturer information and instructions enclosed
- Undamaged due to incorrect installation
The following orders are not returnable:
- Custom-made products or special orders
- Automotive repair manuals
- CDs/DVDs
- Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc)
- Auto body parts
- Safety gear, including, but not limited to Helmets, Harnesses, Safety Belts, HANS devices & Racing Suits, Gloves & Nomex
- Items shipped by truck freight
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged on any non-defective product returned.
Core Returns
Requests for RA#s for Core Returns must normally be received within 45 days of receipt of the product, although cores returned later may be still be eligible for refund at the sole discretion of the manufacturer/re-manufacturer.
Please Note:
- All fluids must be drained from the core
- The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
- Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
- Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
- Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable
All Returns
We are not responsible for labor, towing, rental car expenses, additional repair expenses or any other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts. Nor are we responsible for items returned to us without proper authorization or without an RA# clearly displayed on the shipping container. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging. Items not purchased from us will not be accepted. Items incorrectly shipped to us will not be returned.
Original and return freight charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is the direct result of our error. COD shipments will not be accepted.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection, and verified that it meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. The original credit card used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs.
Please allow 30 days after shipping your return for your bank to process the credit to your account.
