Shipping Policy

Free Shipping is available under the following terms:

• Order more than Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) in products.
• Select Free Shipping as your shipping method.
• Your entire order must be shipped to a single address within the continental United States.
• Excludes orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, special orders, oversize, overweight and items requiring truck freight.

If you order is less than $75.00, your rate is calculated based on weight and the delivery location. All expedited shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and delivery location. Please refer to the Shipping Estimate feature in your cart screen, after adding your items, to estimate the amount of your shipping cost.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.

To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This RA# MUST be clearly posted on the outside of the shipping container. Please do not write on the product box.

Cancellation

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately after the order is confirmed therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. All orders must be canceled BEFORE you receive the Invoice - Payment accepted e-mail. No orders can be canceled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment.

• We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors.
• We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
• We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.

Sales Tax

Because AutoWerks of America, LLC has a physical presence in Missouri, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to any Missouri address. The sales tax rate that we collect is 6.925%. Buyers are responsible for payment of any other sales or use taxes which may be required by any other state.
