Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost


Free Shipping is available under the following terms:

  • Order more than Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00) in products.
  • Select Free Shipping as your shipping method.
  • Your entire order must be shipped to a single address within the continental United States.
  • Excludes orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, special orders, oversize, overweight and items requiring truck freight.

If you order is less than $75.00, your rate is calculated based on weight and the delivery location. All expedited shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and delivery location. Please refer to the Shipping Estimate feature in your cart screen, after adding your items, to estimate the amount of your shipping cost.

Shipping Options


You can select ground, 3rd day, 2nd day and next day air. Options available depend upon the delivery address. At our sole discretion, we may use FedEx, UPS or USPS for our standard or premier shipping service. A street address is required for delivery. Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before it will ship. This applies even if you select a faster shipping method. Sorry, we currently do not ship to US Territories or internationally.

Oversize Items


Due to their physical dimensions (over 108 inches length, width, girth), orders that contain light weight oversize items, such as roof racks & cargo boxes, body parts, and others, are subject to additional shipping charges. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you by email with a revised shipping quote.

Truck Freight


Orders that contain complete exhaust systems, roof racks & cargo boxes, some body parts, and other large items which require special handling are usually shipped via Truck Freight. There may be additional charges for any orders shipped via Truck Freight. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you by email with a revised shipping quote.

Truck Freight is not available for international orders.

Locations Served


We ship to anywhere in the US, including Alaska & Hawaii. However, shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are excluded from our Free Shipping offer. The shipping rate quoted during checkout is only an estimate and is subject to additional shipping charges that will be charged to your credit card.
Some products may be shipped to APO/FPO addresses and Canada but may require additional handling. You will be notified if there is an additional cost for this service.

When will I receive my order?


Your order will ship from either our warehouse in St. Louis, MO or from our fulfillment partners? warehouse closest to your location. Standard ground shipments will take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. Expedited shipments will arrive in the amount of business days you select, plus the processing prior to shipping. Please allow extra time when shipping to remote rural areas and during peak holidays. When your order ships we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link you can use to track your order. If you placed your order via the telephone and did not provide us with an e-mail address, please contact customer service if you do not received your order within 10 business days.
Orders shipped via Truck Freight may take from 2-14 days for addresses within the 48 continental states and up to 30 days to Alaska or Hawaii.

Multiple or Alternate Shipping Addresses


To protect our customers against credit card fraud, if the shipping address does not match the billing address, we will call, email or use other ways to verify that the credit card holder authorized the purchase. This may delay processing of the order. Each order can be sent to only one address. If you are purchasing several items to be shipped to different addresses, you'll need to place a separate order for each different shipping address.

Shipping Delays and Undeliverable Orders


  • Your shipment could be temporarily lost or misplaced by the shipping company. If the delay is more than a few days, we'll ship you a replacement order.
  • When the shipping company can't deliver your package and they send the packages back to us, we will contact you via email or phone for correct address information.
  • Packages that are returned to us by the shipping company and marked as "Unclaimed", "Return to Sender", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fees.
  • Shipping companies often do not guarantee any shipment a couple of weeks before Christmas. We will do everything possible to assure prompt delivery during the holiday season.

Risk Of Loss:


All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.
