How to Choose a Racing Harness:
Before you buy a racing harness you need to understand your application and any associated requirements. For tuning, autocrossing and some driving schools a 4-point harness is fine. Check the rules of the hosting organization. Some driving schools require a 5-point or 6-point racing harness, and they might even require you to use approved harnesses for your specific car. Other driving schools accept 4-point harnesses. For a racing application you'll need a 5-point or 6-point racing harness.
