Robert Phelan, owner of PhotoMotion is, like all of us at AutoWerks of America, an enthusiast. He owns, drives and enjoys a modified BMW 318ti (soon to have an M3 drivetrain), is an active member of BMWCCA, and spends many hours documenting the on-track exploits of enthusiasts throughout the Midwest. Philosophy
PhotoMotion was born of a combination of two passions: photography and motorsport. We strive to capture all the speed, excitement and adrenalin that draw so many to the sport and to provide those images to the drivers who participate. Our goal is to ensure that participants go home happy with a way to enjoy their experience well after the last checkered flag is waved.
Club-friendly
As enthusiasts ourselves, we understand how driver's schools, track days and race events are put together. We work with club and track officials to get the best shots possible for the attendees and to meet any of the club's needs such as group pictures, staging shots, or materials for driver training. We're very familar with track protocol and safety, so we can provide you with a value-add without getting under foot or throwing off an event's timing.
